Harlan had Petre's name and he did technically kill the little shit (thread here, cws in headers), but Petre's abilities allowed him to revive quickly. They uhhhh went on to do weird violent things for funsies, but Harlan made no further earnest attempts to kill Petre permanently. I got the vibe from the Duchess' reaction that this does not count, but it's a weird scenario, so!
